An Article On Gaming Tattoos

Many of us might wonder who would have a gaming tattoo, or have seen a gaming tattoo and want to join the craze.

I myself have a gaming tattoo, an Assassin’s Creed symbol on my left hand wedding finger. I've always liked Assassin's Creed and wanted a tattoo of the symbol for a long time - I just couldn't think where to have it until one day I decided to go with the symbol on the finger just like the branding they do in the game.

I have seen that you can have any game represented as a tattoo from Super Mario, to Sonic The Hedgehog, Pokémon and many more. Even the LEGO games can be done in tattoo form, my favorite that I would like to get is LEGO Batman’s Harley Quinn and Joker.

You can even get the console logo wherever you like, from PlayStation to Xbox One, there are many designs you can choose from. I am sure there is a game out there that hasn't been made into a tattoo yet, who knows there might be a game that you play and you think “hmm has that been made into a tattoo?”.

I know over the years I have seen a lot of pictures of gaming tattoos, and when I have been to the tattoo parlour they have also shown me their drawings and artwork of what they were asked to do for people. It is amazing what lengths people go to, to get the gaming tattoo of their dreams.

Are there any terrible gaming tattoos, or ones you shouldn't think of getting? I’d say yes, you need to take a long hard think of where you would put it and why, and even when you're older what will it look like. For instance you wouldn't want to get a tattoo that was on your bottom and it being the whole of a PAC-MAN level, I know I wouldn't do that and I’m sure there are a lot out there that wouldn't, but really is there a gaming tattoo out there you wouldn't want to get?
