Architect Life: A House Design Simulator Receives Official Release Date in First Gameplay Trailer

Nacon is working with developer Shine Research to bring to life an all-new simulator title that hasn’t been explored in the genre: Architect Life: A House Design Simulator. Take control of an architect and fulfill requests or jump into the creative mode and create the house of your dreams.

Set across two modes, players will be able to engage with the Career Mode, which gives 60 varied missions for them to complete. Listen to customer requests before you start building the home and focus on the restraints mentioned — from furniture needs to heating conditions — to make their dream home. Focus on ventilation, design, and furnishing, and even furnish and change the outside of the home to ensure your creations withhold the test of time.

As you progress and become a famed architectural firm, you can unlock new skills and learn new design opportunities to get more creative with your house designs. Advance, improve, and live the life of an architect as you learn new techniques and play with designs to make ideal, unique, and innovative homes. From curved walls to straight ones, from balconies to unique roofs, there are plenty of design options waiting for you to explore.

Once you’re done, you can jump into the Creative mode and select whether you’ll play with restraints or not. Create your own home within the confines of realism, including proper ventilation, or get creative and make a unique creation that has your style in it.

Architect Life: A House Design Simulator will be released on the 5th of June 2025 for Windows via Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and the Nintendo Switch.
