Castlevania Meets Anime with Gal Guardians: Servants of the Dark — Check Out the Release Date Trailer

INTI CREATES CO., LTD. proudly announces the upcoming release date for Gal Guardians: Servants of the Dark. In this fully-realised metroidvania, you take control of two characters to restore your master and win the war for the Demon Lord Maxim.

Shown off in a lengthy release date trailer, players get the opportunity to learn more about the gameplay that awaits them across the Demon Realm. Take control of two maids who serve the Demon Lord Maxim as they return to their castle, only to find it destroyed by warring rival lord, Lyzenorg. As the only two survivors, they'll set out on an adventure across the castle alongside their master to return him to his former glory.

The metroidvania style lets you take control of both demon sisters, Kirika and Masha, as you explore the destroyed castle and defeat the enemies that reside inside. Unlock new abilities as you defeat enemies and recover the Demon Relics that you'll use to explore more parts of the map, and engage in two different playstyles — a long-range demon gun or close-range whip gameplay.

You'll be able to explore the castle and revive the fallen vassals of the demon lord either alone or in co-op! Take control of one of the two sisters either on a split screen or online and traverse the world utilising unique combos and defeating the enemies that fill the castle.

Gal Guardians: Servants of the Darkis set to release on the 27th of March for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam! Physical editions of the PlayStation 5 and the Nintendo Switch will also be announced soon.
