Don't Starve Together's Walter, Wendy, & Wortox's Skill Trees Here; Watch the Trailer & Learn More!

Klei Entertainment posted on Don't Starve Together's Steam page revealing the three new Skill Trees (for Walter, Wendy, and Wortox) as well as a slew of other mentions, such as new skins and improvements!

First, a summary of all that that was shown in the Steam post:

  • Walter, Wendy, and Wortox all got their Skill Trees!
  • Three new Skin Chests are available: Archaic Attire Chest, the reliquary Chest, and the Favorite Things Chest (details for all three below).
  • New Resurrected skins feature.

While in the Steam post there isn't a specific section covering the three Skill Trees, the trailer offers some insight into them. Namely, Wortox uses clones to keep the enemies distracted, Wendy works together with her ghost to scare off foes, and Walter has a slingshot!

On the topic of skins, Klei Entertainment has been looking for a way to make it accessible for their community to get skins that are no longer acquirable due to either they've been proof of purchase or can't get them shipped to their country. In an effort to not hurt those who had purchased them when they were exclusive, they've settled on the Resurrected skins, which can be acquired for a short period of time for free through a few methods (such as giveaways). Afterwards, the skins will become temporarily available for purchase in-game.

The first one will be the Resurrected Crapback skin, which will be given away by their Ambassadors (you can find a list of them here); as said above, it will then be available to purchase later on for a limited time.

Remember to watch the trailer above for a closer look at the skills! Don't Starve Together is available on Steam.
