V Rising is about to celebrate a year since launch, and Stunlock Studios — the developer and publisher — seems to be going all out, what with the massive free content update Invaders of Oakvale. For those who want a little more spice visually (or to support the developers), there's also a new cosmetic DLC that seems just as massive.

Before you buy the DLC, here's a quick warning: it's incompatible with saves generated in version 1.1 or later, and it won't be. However, owning the DLC doesn't prevent players from accessing saves before 1.1.
