Humble Choice Raises Prices and Adds Controversial Addition in Latest Monthly Bundle... then Releases Killer Line-up

It's been a bit of a turbulent month for Humble, as a recent announcement sparked heavy debate over increased pricing for the Humble Choice plan that players weren't entirely pleased with. Starting with Origin keys sneaking their way into monthly selections, players started to doubt the worth of their monthly plans.

The tumultuous era got a tad worse when it was announced that the ever-affordable Humble Choice subscription would be seeing a price hike from its €9.99 price point to €12.99. It didn't get much better when the message mentioned the inclusion of IGN Plus, a feature many saw as a "needless" addition to the line-up from players who are just looking for great deals in gaming.

The note was accompanied by a message that those who upgraded their Humble Choice plan to a yearly one would be able to pick it up for €99 (or just about €8.25 per month) with the coupon code MAY2025. Despite this, a lot of people were sceptical about the company's recent behaviour, which spans more than just Origin keys and price hikes, going as far as unrestocked keys from products acquired by Humble Choice subscriptions (items that you should technically own but they can no longer secure keys for).

The "next month" has officially arrived, as the May line-up of items has dropped in a bundle that has been praised for including a lot of great titles. Here are all of the games you can get:

If you're intending on picking up the bundle, a fair warning from u/SkippyTheKid over on the r/humblebundles subreddit talking about the May 2025 Humble Choice mentions that if you're intending on using the IGN Plus code, you should be sure to cancel auto-renewal. As it sets your subscription to renew, you'll be charged for the next month if you do not get Humble Choice of the following month to claim another free one.
