Lies of P: Overture DLC Receives Official Story Trailer Showing Off Narrative and More

EOWIZ's incredibly successful take on the FromSoftware soulslike formula will be receiving an official DLC sometime soon. Lies of P: Overture was shown off in the latest State of Play, announcing that players will be taking control of Pinocchio once again, though this time, set in the past.

As Geppetto's Puppet, you'll be able to head into Krat in its final days of grandeur before the Pupper Frenzy takes over and leads to the base game that we got to experience in 2023. As we've already gotten to see, we'll explore a different Krat and affect the events of the future through the actions and decisions that we make in the past.

The latest trailer released by NEOWIZ shows off the puppet-turned-boy exploring the past in an all-new bleak world in the winter. Filled with all-new (or old?) threats, Krat will become a new battlefield for you to re-explore.

The trailer has eager players enamoured with the soundtrack and themes shown off, which was something many highlighted loving on the original release. You'll be able to learn a bit about the obscure happenings and what waits for you in the narrative that you'll be able to unfold throughout the DLC.

Lies of P: Overture doesn't have a release date just yet, but we know that it'll be released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC via Steam.
