New Titles Arrive to the Epic Games Store Mobile

The new generation of gamers is moving into a different form of gameplay that is baffling to many of the older — and soon-to-be "retro" — gamers: mobile devices. Whilst we spend our time warring over consoles and personal computers, new generations are moving into their phones, becoming a quintessential device for all of their gaming needs.

This move was spearheaded originally as big titles, such as Resident Evil 4, made the leap, but now, the Epic Games Store is joining the fray, bringing their vast library of titles into mobile devices... slowly. The large repertoire of titles available on the PC version is still being ported over for those who would opt to play on mobile devices, but the team hasn't slowed down.

As is usual for the Epic Games Store, players will be able to take advantage of free titles throughout the year to fill their library. The first set (yes, you read that right) of games is already available and will continue to be until the 20th of March for those who wish to claim it, with a plan to move to a weekly release schedule like on PC later on in 2025.

Throughout this month, however, new titles are being added rapidly to the Epic Games Store for players to take advantage of, especially if you're looking to kickstart your handheld gaming journey. The titles are split between those that came to iOS and Android, likely tied to the fact that the storefront is available in different regions for both of these.

iOS users will be able to take advantage of the Epic Games Store only if they reside in the European Union, whereas those who use Android devices can do so worldwide. This means that the list of titles available for both is also split, with Android getting a fair few more titles than iOS.
