Time for a Deep Dive into Tales of Seikyu's Gameplay with a New Launch Trailer!

Fireshine Games have revealed a brand-new trailer showcasing a deep dive into the gameplay you can expect in Tales of Seikyu. In this trailer, you can see how you can utilise your yokai powers, meet some of your romanceable characters, and more.

A roadmap that details some of Tales of Seikyu's upcoming content has also been revealed by Fireshine Games, so you can see what new features are planned for throughout 2025. This roadmap includes new story quests, additional romanceable characters, how marriage will work, ranching, pets you can have, and hot springs. Of course, you'll also find info on new bosses, yokai forms, how you can customise your character more, and many, many more aspects. While the roadmap is subject to change, you can find out more by going to Tales of Seikyu's Steam page.

If you're unfamiliar with Tales of Seikyu, it's a fantasy life-sim where you live on an island filled with yokai. Upon inheriting your Fox Clan ancestors' once-thriving farmhouse, you'll discover the powers of yokai,  allowing you to take on magical new forms to build a dream farmstead and explore.

Of the yokai forms, some you can expect are that of the Crow Tengu, allowing you to fly, the Slime, which allows you to dive deep for sunken treasure, or you can till your farm as a powerful Boar. At your farm, you can raise your own livestock, cultivate your crops, and craft your own furniture so you can expand and customise your home to your liking.

As you meet the extraordinary villagers of Seikyu, you'll embark on an adventure to solve the mystery of your ancestral Fox Clan. With seasonal changes, action-packed quests, and a search for your soulmate in one of the romanceable characters, you'll find each character has their own unique personality with heartwarming stories to share.

Want to try it out? Then good news! Tales of Seikyu is out now on Steam in Early Access. Currently, the game is on sale for £17.99 until the 28th of May as an introductory offer, before returning to it's usual price of £19.99.
