Amongst all the chaos, the OmniTower emerges: a massive housing complex that was supposed to give citizens of Old Detroit a better life. Unfortunately, a group of highly trained mercenaries and their cutting-edge weapons seize control of it, and just like that, RoboCop is back on the job.
