Disney Dreamlight Valley's Tales of Agrabah is Available Now; Check Out the Release Trailer & Learn More!

Disney Dreamlight Valley's latest update has been released, and it brings a slew of new things for players to be excited about, from highly requested quality-of-life changes to cool new features.

Before we dive into everything, here's a quick summary of everything that players can look forward to in Tales of Agrabah:

• New Realm: Agrabah.
• New characters: Jasmine and Aladdin.
• New companion: Magic Carpet.
• New stall to buy Dazzling Gems.
• New quest for Scrooge McDuck.
• New feature: sneaking.
• New feature: Slow Cooker (cook in bulks).
• More room layout customisation.
• Mailboxes can be removed from secondary homes.
• Wallpaper centres can be offset. New Star Path: Oasis Retreat
• Event: Eggstravaganza is back, with more egg colours & rewards.
• A new event was teased later in the season, which will bring the colours of the rainbow.

First off, Jasmine and Aladdin have made it to the valley! As always, players can expect tons of rewards from their friendship quests and a new questline in their new Realm. Along with them arrived the Magic Carpet, and it's here to join the game as a permanent companion that can join players in their adventures. In addition to the usual new items and quests, Aladdin brings with him a new feature: the Dazzling Gem stall! This useful little shop of his will have rotating Gems that players can purchase.

That's not all for the quests — Scrooge McDuck has a special request. He wants someone to try to break into the vault in his store, and there is no better duo for that than Aladdin and the player! This incorporates a new stealth mechanic, as there will be hefty security systems in place to try and stop anyone from entering.

Another new feature from the Disney cast is Tiana's Slow Cooker! This falls into the new quality-of-life changes, as players can now cook multiple meals by paying a small Dreamlight fee. This isn't the only upgrade for those who love to cook, as the Cooking menu now offers the ability to search and filter recipes.

Hungry (hah, get it?) for more quality-of-life changes? Well, players will have more control over the customisation of their homes; namely, they can edit the rooms a lot more now with the newest feature, which gives more control over layouts; mailboxes can be removed from secondary homes; and the centre of wallpapers can be offset.

Speaking of decorating, there's no time like now to check out the new Floating Islands! Peaceful Meadow, Dazzle Beach, Glade of Trust, and Forgotten Lands are now available to explore and decorate. Very helpful for Dreamsnaps!

If you're hunting for new decorations to add to your repertoire, Scrooge McDuck's Store has new items! The Premium Shop got an upgrade, too, with the ability to pin up to two items to buy later; they will remain pinned until purchased or unpinned. The newest Oasis Retreat Star Path is also a great option — this time around, the items will be resort-inspired, with wicker furniture, a (very relaxed) capybara, and outfits for Jasmine and Aladdin, among other items!

Last but not least, the Eggstravaganza event is back, and with even more stuff! Celebrate Easter by watching for hidden eggs; new colours have been added, and there are brand-new rewards to be collected!

While we don't know much about it, there's an upcoming new event that will bring "rainbows of colour" to the Valley, leaning particularly on green! We'll keep an eye out for this and report when we know more.
